Social Policy in Parliament: Electoral Reform

A vote on a National Citizens’ Assembly on Electoral Reform is happening in the PROC Committee of Parliament. The NDP Democratic Reform Critic, MP Daniel Blaikie, has tabled a motion on a National Citizens’ Assembly on Electoral Reform at the Procedures and House Affairs (PROC) Committee.

This will be the last chance for electoral reform in this minority Parliament. Fair Vote Canada is campaigning to have a National Citizens’ Assembly appointed. If you wish to be involved, you can go to this link.
